About Flow
After completing all the prototypes, we moved on to the design phase. We started with mobile first and then moved on to desktop. To keep the case concise, I’ll be showing both mobile and desktop versions side by side.
Below, you’ll find two images that display all parts of the flow.
The sections highlighted with a bright border correspond to what’s described on this page.
Mobile Flow

One of the service’s standout features is that users can create their own model, customizing everything from appearance to unique personality traits — allowing for a deeply personalized experience.
This feature is complemented by another: model creation from a photo reference. Users upload an image, and the AI analyzes visual traits and suggests several options that might fit. After that, users only need to define personality traits and provide a detailed description.
The flow starts with gender selection followed by nationality selection.
Since promoting the photo-reference feature is a business priority, we placed a small banner at the top of the screen to advertise it.
Below that is a progress bar with step indicators and percentages, followed by the content of the current step — usually a visual selector or a set of checkboxes.
Users can proceed to the next step using a floating button at the bottom of the screen. If a previous step exists, it can also be accessed from the bottom to review or change previous selections.

The next steps, which differ in screen layout, are eye color selection and hairstyle selection.

Next, select the type of body and select the determining personal quality.

Detailed customization is done on screens with checkboxes only, without additional images.

After the user completes all customization steps, the service generates the model’s appearance and presents several options to choose from. If the user isn’t satisfied with the results, they can regenerate the appearance until they find a suitable match.

In the final step, the user checks all the parameters are correct and fills
As the final step, the user reviews all selected parameters and fills in the following:
Name
Description (minimum 300 characters). If the user prefers not to write it manually, the service can generate one for X coins — this is why the 300-character minimum is enforced.
Visibility settings — choose whether the created model will be private or public.

When creating a model from a photo reference, the user starts by uploading images. We guide them through this with a short onboarding flow to ensure the upload is done correctly.
At this stage, users don’t choose appearance parameters — the system handles that based on the photo. Instead, they focus on defining the model’s personality traits right from the beginning.
